What Your Child Will Actually Experience

1

The queue

The queue is indoors with an agriculture and food-themed environment. The theming is calm and educational. The queue moves at a steady pace and is entirely climate-controlled.

2

Boarding

You board a flat, open boat with bench seating. There is no height requirement. Boarding is easy and smooth. The boats hold multiple rows of guests and provide an unobstructed view of everything you will pass through.

3

Brief dark tunnel

The boat passes through a short dark tunnel transition at the beginning of the greenhouse section. It lasts only a few seconds and is mild. This is the one moment that could briefly startle a very sensitive young child. The tunnel leads directly into bright, well-lit greenhouse environments.

4

The greenhouse tour

The boat glides slowly through several distinct growing environments. This includes hydroponic gardens where vegetables and herbs are growing, tropical plant rooms, and aquaculture tanks with fish, turtles, and other aquatic animals. Everything is real, not a themed set. The narration explains what you are seeing in accessible language. Young children who enjoy animals tend to light up in the aquaculture section.

5

Return to dock

The boat completes the tour and glides back to the unloading area. The entire experience is about 14 minutes. Everything is indoors and air-conditioned from start to finish.
